5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request a return or replacement, contact our support team within 5 days of receiving your order. We may refuse returns if the product has been:

- Damaged after delivery
- Customized or made to order

7. Custom Products & Engraving
For custom cones, engraved tips, branded filters, or custom SKUs:
- Final approval from the customer is required before production
- House Papers is not responsible for errors approved by the customer
- All custom orders are non-refundable once production begins
We reserve the right to refuse custom requests that violate copyright, trademarks, or legal standards.
